Auto Body Repair Collision Center Estimator
Collision Plus Auto Body Repair Centers, well established and growing state of the art Collision Centers in the St. Louis Metro East area, is looking for the right individual to join our sales and estimating team.
Our Collision Center Estimators take personal care of our clients and assist them with every facet of the repair process in addition to evaluat ing bodywork needed on vehicles brought in by customers, insurance companies, fleets, etc.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities :
- identify the needs of each customer and record all required work accurately and in accordance with the standards set by our direct repair agreements,
- promptly provide an adequate and profitable appraisal for the cost and time to complete all work,
- ensure that all repair work is entered into the estimating and management systems,
- keep clients informed of repair status and track each vehicle to completion,
- prior experience using Mitchell, ADP, or CCC Pathways and a management system is required.
The above skills and expertise, along with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service, possess an exceptional out-going personality, excellent social skills, and a well-groomed appearance, will be a plus for this challenging position!

Auto Body Repair Intermediate Metal Technician
Collision Plus Auto Body Repair Centers, well established and growing state of the art Collision Centers in the St. Louis Metro East area, is looking for the right individual to join our team. If you want to be part of a team who believes in challenges and pride in workmanship, then this position is for you!
Intermediate Metal Technician job duties and requirements:
- Candidate will have mastered all body & structural functions of metal repair, including but not limited to minor repair work, plastic repairs, straightening, repairing, welding, outer and inner sheet metal repair & replacement, unibody and structural replacement.
- successfully completed the I-CAR Core classes or equivalent I-CAR CRC 3000,
- must be I-CAR steel welding qualified and meet all requirements to be I-CAR Gold Class certified.
- work closely with & take direction from a Team Leader or Production Manager,
- possess the tools required to perform the job duties,
- understand & apply corrosion protection in the proper manner, perform repairs to factory or I-CAR specifications,
- proficient in the use of 3 dimensional measuring systems,
- must be organized and able to maintain a high standard of repairs.

Auto Body Repair Junior Metal Technician

Junior Metal Technician job duties and requirements:
- entry level position requiring a minimum of 1 year experience in the collision industry,
- must be able to work closely with & take direction from a Team Leader or Production Manager,
- possess the tools required to perform the duties, disassemble vehicles, check in parts, verify damages against a work order, overhaul minor assemblies, remove & install trim without damaging, replace bolt on sheet metal parts and reassemble refinished vehicles for fit & finish,
- This position requires strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Auto Body Repair Senior Metal Technician
Collision Plus Auto Body Repair Centers, well established and growing state of the art Collision Centers in the St. Louis Metro East area with four convenient locations, is looking for the right individual to join our team. If you want to be part of a team who believes in challenges and pride in workmanship, then this position is for you!
Senior Metal Technician job duties and requirements:
- mastered all levels of metal, and structural repairs – considered a Journeyman of his trade
- a mentor, trainer and team leader capable of supervising a team of entry level, junior and intermediate technicians while being responsible for the actions, performance and work performed by the team,
- successfully manage the team to maximize efficiency and talent levels of its members,
- assure all repairs are according to factory specifications and I-CAR procedures including chassis and frame measurements welded on unibody parts, etc.
- must be able to maintain a high standard of repairs,
- Candidate must have all levels of training completed.
